Flap-over front pocketCare:Our construction methods insure that insulation remains in place. Hence, the bag can be washed using mild detergent and gentle cycle. Remove shoulder strap and insert, turn bag inside out and wash. Do not put in dryer; simply turn bag right side out, shape, and hang or stand to dry naturally. The removable divider can be washed similarly, but separately. Alternatively, using a damp cloth with mild detergent will remove most spots - blot to absorb excess moisture - let dry naturally. Store chill packs in freezer when not in use. For extreme conditions, consider freezing a plastic water bottle and placing in a slot; this greatly enhances duration or temperature control.
